We are excited to announce the completion of our Tiny Homes prototype at Cloverdale Community Centre trade site in North Geelong. We are currently in the process of applying for a building permit through the Geelong Council. This can be your owner-builder project for an older or student family member or ask our team to organise the construction of this Tiny Home on your property.
We deliver affordable, flat-packed Tiny Homes as secondary dwellings throughout Geelong and surrounding districts. Secondary dwellings are now allowed in the City of Greater Geelong.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
- Council building permit applications
- Site preparation is at the owner’s cost
- Owner has to supply water, power and
sewage as needed.
The build typically takes 5 to 7 days, depending on site conditions, access to services (power/water/sewer), and optional features like bathrooms, decks, steps and handrails.
Tiny Homes are available to the public, ex-factory atrealistic and economical prices.

EMERGENCY HOUSING INITIATIVE
As part of our community-focused mission, we are also committed to providing emergency secondary dwellings for people with a family member experiencing homelessness.
Applications for the first emergency tiny house can be made through the Cloverdale Community Centre. This initial unit (a two-module prototype, see photo above) was proudly built by Cloverdale Community trainees.
Through generous donations, a significant part of the cost of this first emergency dwelling has been covered. The remainder will be funded by the new owner, local community and supporters interested in installing a tiny house at a discounted rate.
